Where We Ship From
All custom pickleball paddles, padel rackets, and pickleball sets are printed and shipped from our facility in St. Petersburg, Florida. Because we print in the USA and keep paddle inventory on hand, we are able to offer some of the fastest turnaround times in the custom pickleball industry.
Production Time
Standard production time for custom-printed pickleball paddles and sets is 3–5 business days from the date we receive your approved proof and payment. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Rush production may be available for an additional fee, depending on current order volume. Shipping Methods & Carriers
We ship via UPS and FedEx. Shipping method and carrier are selected based on order size, destination, and your preferred delivery speed. Available shipping options typically include ground shipping (3–7 business days in transit depending on destination), expedited shipping (2–3 business days in transit), and overnight or next-day shipping (1 business day in transit, where available). Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or included in your custom quote. All shipments include tracking, and a tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships.
Estimated Delivery Times
Total delivery time equals production time plus transit time. For example, a standard order with ground shipping would typically arrive within 6–12 business days from proof approval and payment or net 30 arrangement (3–5 days production + 3–7 days shipping). These are estimates only. Actual delivery times depend on the shipping carrier and destination.
We cannot guarantee specific in-hand delivery dates. Once your order is tendered to the shipping carrier, delivery timelines are controlled entirely by UPS, FedEx, or whichever carrier is handling your shipment. Branded Pickleball is not responsible for carrier delays caused by weather, service disruptions, high volume periods, incorrect addresses, or any other factors outside of our control. If you have a firm event date or deadline, we strongly recommend ordering early and selecting an expedited shipping option.
Risk of Loss & Carrier Responsibility
Title and risk of loss for all shipments transfer to the customer at the time the order is picked up by or dropped off with the shipping carrier. Once your tracking number shows that the package has been shipped, Branded Pickleball is not responsible for packages that are delayed, lost, damaged, or stolen during transit. If a package is lost or damaged by the carrier, the customer is responsible for filing a claim directly with UPS, FedEx, or the applicable carrier. We will gladly provide shipment documentation, including tracking numbers, proof of shipment, package weight, and dimensions to support your claim.
International Shipping
We ship internationally. International shipping rates are calculated based on order size, weight, and destination. All customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and any other charges imposed by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer. Branded Pickleball is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes.
Order Tracking
Every order is shipped with tracking. Once your custom pickleball paddles or sets leave our facility, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your shipment in real time. Bulk & Wholesale Shipping
For large wholesale orders or distributor shipments, we can arrange freight shipping or palletized delivery. Bulk shipping rates are quoted on a per-order basis depending on weight, dimensions, and destination. Contact us for wholesale shipping estimates.
