Returns & Refund Policy

Custom Printed Products — All Sales Are Final

All Branded Pickleball products are custom printed to order. Because every pickleball paddle, padel racket, and pickleball set is manufactured with your unique artwork, logo, and design specifications, we are unable to accept returns or process refunds on completed custom orders. This policy applies to all custom-branded pickleball paddles, custom pickleball sets, custom padel rackets, and any other personalized products ordered through our website or via a custom quote.


Manufacturing or Print Defects

We stand behind the quality of our printing and production. If your custom pickleball paddles or other products arrive with a verified manufacturing defect or printing error that was not present in your approved proof, please contact us within 7 business days of receiving your order. Include clear photos of the defect and your order number. Our team will review the claim and, if a defect is confirmed, we will offer one of the following resolutions at our discretion: a reprint of the affected items at no additional cost, a partial or full credit toward a future order, or in rare cases, a partial refund for the defective portion of the order.


Proof Approval Responsibility

Before we begin production on any custom order, we provide a digital proof for your review. Once you reply to the proof email confirming approval, you are confirming that the design, text, colors, and layout are correct. Branded Pickleball is not responsible for errors that were present in the customer-approved proof, including typos, incorrect logos, color discrepancies, or design placement. Please review your proofs carefully before giving approval.


Shipping Damage

If your order arrives with visible damage caused during shipping, photograph the damage immediately and contact us within 48 hours through our website at www.brandedpickleball.com/contact. We will help you resolve the issue, which may include filing a claim with the shipping carrier or reprinting the damaged items. Please note that once a shipment is tendered to the carrier (UPS or FedEx), risk of loss transfers to the customer. Branded Pickleball is not financially responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged by the carrier during transit.


Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before production begins. If you need to cancel, contact us as soon as possible through our website at www.brandedpickleball.com/contact. Once production has started, the order cannot be cancelled and no refund will be issued. Payments on custom orders are non-refundable once artwork proofing or production has begun.


Non-Custom or Stock Items

In the rare event that we offer non-custom or stock items for sale, standard return policies will be stated on the product listing. Any eligible returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery, and items must be unused and in their original packaging.


How to Submit a Claim

To submit a defect claim or report shipping damage, submit a request through our contact form at www.brandedpickleball.com/contact with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days.
